Dua Siswa SD IT Robbani Raih Peringkat 3 OSN Matematika Dan 10 Besar OSN IPA di Tingkat Kecamatan

OSN atau Olimpiade Sains Nasional adalah ajang kompetesi dalam bidang sains bagi para siswa pada jenjang SD, SMP dan SMA di Indonesia. Siswa yang mengikuti Olimpiade Sains Nasional adalah siswa yang telah lolos seleksi tingkat kabupaten dan provinsi dan karenanya adalah siswa-siswa terbaik dari provinsinya masing-masing. Karena yang di pilih adalah siswa-siswa terbaik maka penjaringan akan dilakukan dari satuan terkecil, baik itu dari sekolah yang secara pribadi menjaring anak-anak terbaik yang akan menjadi perwakilan sekolah. Maka anak-anak yang sudah di yakini mampu mewakili sekolah akan dikirim untuk mengikuti seleksi pada tingkat kecamatan, dan seleksi kembali sampai menemukan satu perwakilan yang akan mewakili kabupaten atau bahkan provinsi.

Kamis, 13 februari 2020 dua orang siswi SD IT Robbani Tahta dan Chalwa menjadi dua orang siswa yang dikirim untuk mengikuti seleksi OSN Bidang Matematika dan Bidang IPA di SD Negeri 02 Indralaya Utara. Keduanya mengikuti seleksi tingkat Kecamatan yang di ikuti oleh 20 Sekolah di Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, dengan 19 SD Negeri dan 1 SD Swasta yaitu SD IT Robbani. Keduanya didampingi langsung oleh Kepala SD IT Robbani Wuri Relistiani, S.Pd. Meskipun ini adalah kali pertama Tahta dan Chalwa mengikuti OSN namun sekolah menaruh harapan besar pada keduanya. Dukungan dan do’a diberikan oleh guru-guru dan teman-teman di sekolah.

Keduanya berhasil mengikuti seleksi dengan lancar, tiba saatnya pengumuman hasil seleksi tersebut. Hasilnya, Alhamdulillah Tahta berhasil mendapat peringkat 3 OSN bidang matematika dan Chalwa masuk 10 besar OSN IPA. Meskipun belum mampu untuk menjadi perwakilan tingkat kecamatan Indralaya Utara untuk menuju seleksi tingkat Kabupaten, hasil ini sudah membanggakan sekolah, guru dan terutama orang tua. Ini adalah pengalaman pertama dengan track record yang cukup baik. Akan banyak ilmu yang didapat setelahnya, persiapkan diri lagi untuk seleksi tahun depan. Karena menang kalah bukanlah masalah, yang terpenting kita berani mencoba dan terus mencoba.

Melalui OSN ini juga diharapkan anak-anak dapat belajar berkompetisi bukan hanya dengan teman-temanya di sekolah tetapi juga di sekolah lain, memotiviasi anak-anak supaya rajin belajar dan menggali rasa ingin tahu tentang ilmu pengetahuan, memahami arti menang dan kalah, mempertebal rasa percaya diri, belajar tentang kerja keras, kegigihan dan kesabaran, dan yang terakhir adalah meningkatkan spiritual. Setelah semua usaha dilakukan, sekarang saatnya berdoa dan pasrah kepada Allah.

Two IT Robbani Elementary Students Achieve Rank 3 OSN Mathematics and Top 10 OSN IPA at the District Level

OSN or the National Science Olympiad is a competition in the field of science for students at elementary, junior high and high school levels in Indonesia. Students who take part in the National Science Olympiad are students who have passed the district and provincial level selection and are therefore the best students of their respective provinces. Because the best students are selected, the selection will be done from the smallest unit, both from the school that personally captures the best children who will be the school's representative. Then the children who are believed to be able to represen

t the school will be sent to participate in the selection at the district level, and re-selection until they find one representative who will represent the district or even the province.

Thursday, February 13 2020 two students of SD IT Robbani Tahta and Chalwa became two students who were sent to participate in the OSN selection in Mathematics and Natural Sciences in SD Negeri 02 Indralaya Utara. Both of them participated in the selection at the District level, followed by 20 Schools in the North Indralaya District, with 19 Public Elementary Schools and 1 Private Elementary School namely IT IT Robbani. Both were accompanied directly by the Head of Elementary School IT Robbani Wuri Relistiani, S.Pd. Although this is the first time the Throne and Chalwa joined OSN, the school has high hopes for both. Support and prayers are given by teachers and friends at school.

Both of them succeeded in following the selection smoothly, it was time to announce the results of the selection. As a result, Alhamdulillah Throne succeeded in getting 3rd place in OSN in mathematics and Chalwa in the top 10 in OSN IPA. Although they have not been able to become representatives of the North Indralaya district level towards district level selection, these results have made school, teachers and especially parents proud. This is the first experience with a fairly good track record. There will be a lot of knowledge gained afterwards, prepare yourself again for next year's selection. Because winning and losing is not a problem, the most important thing is we dare to try and keep trying.

Through this OSN it is also hoped that children can learn to compete not only with their friends at school but also at other schools, motivating children to be diligent in learning and exploring curiosity about science, understanding the meaning of winning and losing, reinforcing trust self, learn about hard work, perseverance and patience, and the last is to improve spiritually. After all the efforts, it is time to pray and surrender to God.
